A friend, Devin Chaloux, an expert in customer relationship excellence, helped me think about how we use the wisdom of behavioral science to help colleges to guide students to positive career and major exploration.
I used my knowledge of the student lifecycle from first contact through the end students’ first year, to build the table below. My hope is that this model serves as a catalyst for any college seeking to nudge students in a positive direction using pivotal moments in their first year of college.
