Personal Reminders of Perseverance

If you know me, you hopefully know that my greatest core value in life is perseverance. To me this, this drive is rooted in a hope or vision for the vision that things can and will get better. My personal email address incorporates this value – jeff.doyle.923@gmail.com Where does the number “923” come from? Mark 9:23 – “Everything is possible for the one who believes.”

I don’t want to get mixed up on competing with others with what they have overcome – I know my successes pale in comparison to people who have risen from poverty, overcome long-term sickness, achieved great leadership roles, and touched thousands of lives. That being said, I hope you will not judge me too harshly for being proud of persevering, while being inspired by many friends and mentors, in order to reach the personal goals below. This list below is not what I want to remembered for – my greatest achievements in life are actually people’s lives that I have positively impacted. This list is to remind me that if I believe something is possible, and I put my mind and my heart into it, and I create action plans that remained focused on, I can achieve things I might have thought difficult.
